Why does my tracking show a different city or location?
Carriers sometimes route packages through regional hubs, which can make the tracking show a different city. This is completely normal — your order is still on its way to you.
My tracking says “delivered,” but I don’t see my package. What should I do?
Occasionally carriers mark a package as delivered a little early. In most cases, it arrives within 24–48 hours. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us and we’ll help you track it down.
Will I be updated when my package is close to arrival?
Yes! As soon as the carrier scans your package, you’ll receive a tracking link. Updates may take 1–3 days to appear in the system, but you’ll always be able to follow along until it reaches you.
